Four New Partners Join Amrop's Global Consultant Team


Alexandra Long joins Amrop and will lead the Technology Practice in Australia. She brings deep knowledge and expertise in the area, with recent experience including roles as APAC Marketing Director for IBM's Emerging Technology practice, including areas such as Digital, Cyber Security, Analytics, and mobility. Alexandra’s recruiting practice focused on Corporates, Global Vendors and Service Providers encompassing Functional, Sales and Operational Leadership roles.


Renato Balduino is a Partner in Sao Paulo, with a professional background spanning a number of large multinational companies in the Agribusiness, Food Industry and Bioenergy sectors. His experience includes start-up projects, M&A and operations in several regions of Brazil. He has led several projects in the field of human and organizational development, and spent the last 5 years working in the executive recruitment market, with focus on the Agroindustry and Energy segments.


Ravindra Bhinde joins Amrop in Mumbai, with deep leadership and recruiting expertise in the Automotive, Chemicals and Materials sectors. In addition to leading senior search assignments, he has also led consulting projects for talent management, development and related leadership projects. Prior to his executive search career, Ravindra worked at a number of other companies, including Ciba Specialty Chemicals (Ciba-Geigy) where he held various local, regional and global business roles.

Saudi Arabia

Omar Albatati joins Amrop as a Partner in Riyadh, with more than 30 years of experience in public and private sector roles. Prior to joining Amrop, Omar was the Governor of the Saudi Job Creation Commission. Previously, he was a Senior Partner with Elixir Management Consultancy. In this role, Omar also led the establishment of a government-owned organization "Takamol", the PPP arm for the Saudi Ministry of Labor. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with P&G in Finance and Marketing across Saudi Arabia, UAE and Switzerland and was part of the team that established their Dubai Operations.
